PROCESS FROM THE GOVERNMENT:
> Official releases began with the Spanish government in the 1970s
releasing reports from their Air Force.
> Russia then released older reports after the change of government
in the mid-1990s.
> Brazil came next with a few key reports later that same decade.
UFO-ET documents by the French government has arrived on the 22nd
of March, 2007
The last two major governments to release their documents do so
in an era when more and more cities and towns, such as in Mexico
and South America as well as in England, have reported mass sightings.
Most of the world on May 14, 2008 was pleased to see the release
of basic UFO files by the government of the United Kingdom covering
the years 1978 to 1987.
Britain's Ministry of Defence (MOD) had maintained the documents
and stated that all their files, dating from the 1950s and covering
recent history, will be released to the National Archives over the
coming years. Mr. Nick Pope, formerly of MOD (1991-1994), was the
first ex-employee to officially state that the ministry was withholding
these documents from the public and urging their release

be Earth's proper response, when it comes out in the open that we

THE FORMS
In Continuing the research we need to move beyond collecting information
and start analysing it, so we can have a greater understanding of
the events that are to unfold.
I would like to start with the understanding of the different categories
of Intelligence gathered from a variety of resources from ancient
teachings to current ufology -these categories go back into the
ancient inscriptions and mythologies for over 40,000 years of recorded
history.
MAIN FORMS OF INTELLIGENCE
Extraterrestrial are those life forms that are two or more technological
evolutions ahead of us, but are not necessarily any closer to the
'Godhead' / Divine Realms in their understanding of working peacefully
and harmoniously for the greater good of all and in the movement
into a higher evolutionary process.
Ultraterrestrial intelligence are those life/light forms which
work with a greater spectrum of light beyond our common sun system
that utilises a higher Light technology and are not limited to one
space and time zone, but rather can work with multiple spheres of
influence and bring to humanity a hope and transference of new light
technologies that will help graduate humanity to be in harmony with
each other and their environments
From these intelligence we have different agendas which might include:
Manipulator / Intruder
> The Extraterrestrial category that violate the human experience
include - Greys, Tall whites, Inscetiodies, Reptilians/Draconians,
Anunnaki, Fallen angels, Hungry ghosts, Fallen archons.
Observer / Helper
> The ultratresstrial category that work in Love and Peace
include - Angelic/archangelic (Mystical Christian); Avatar's/Mahaavatar's
(Mystical Sanskrit); bodhisattvas (Mystical Tibetan) Masters of
Light; Ascended Masters, Star Elders; Councils of Light (New Paradigm
of Spirituality).
CONTACT EXPERIENCE
In order to understand how we can discern between these different
Intelligence we need to look at the methods they must use on contact:
1) Respect your free will
2) Acknowledge your traditions and understand your current evolutionary
program
3) Acknowledge a Higher Creator that is loving, peaceful and
compassionate
4) There is 'NO' fear or uneasy feeling - but one of welcoming
and inviting
5) They do praise themselves or you but acknowledge a holistic
process or transformation
6) Don't abduct or grab you. Rather they should ask your permission
to go with them.
7) Give your knowledge and wisdom for the greater good of all.
8) In the power to discern, one can vibrate certain sound vibrations
as mentioned in the great world's mystical texts of higher experience.
These are known as the Sacred Names of the Living Godhead that
can put one into resonance with that higher protective force and
allows only a higher experience of the above mentioned factors.

FROM OF TECHNOLOGY FOR TRAVEL
Ultraterrestrials travel/unfold in what is called the spectrum
vehicles, light vehicles, biosatellites, Merkabah. It works in
a multidimensional spectrum of nonphysical worlds. It brings a
higher consciousness awakening and awareness. Note: Sometimes
these can manifest into a metallic/biological form.

Extraterrestrials use metal ships or heavy metal which are limited
to one space/time zone at a time and can only operate 1-3 times
the speed of light. (some positive life forms still are limited
to this mode of transport [just a spiritual people use cars to
travel in])
